T-5 boxing has used Ringside boxing equipment since the summer of 1986. T-5 boxing students use Ringside Head Gear, Groin protectors, Competition Gloves, Handwraps, Jump Ropes and other various equipment for many reasons, quality, affordability and most of all Safety. ( Ringsside Boxing equipment is USA/ ABF approved equipment) T-5 Boxing students must purchase the Blue or Red Gloves for Competitive Trianing purposes . If you weigh less than 178lbs you must purchase the 10 oz. gloves, if you weigh more than 178lbs you must purchase the 12oz. gloves. The leather jump rope must be purchased according to your hieght. The Mexican Style handwraps must be purchased for length,durability and proper handwrapping techniques shown to the student at the first class. Once the Student enrolls for training , the students have 90 days to purchase the gloves,handwraps and jump rope, all other equipment may be purchased once the student has these 3 basic items.The student may order from the catalog any of the items the student will need for Sparring or Competing.
