Private lessons in Indonesian Martial Arts have formed. We train in Indonesian Martial Arts for cultural awarness and friendship. We teach from several styles of Pencak Silat, Mande Muda, Maphilindo, Kuntao and bunga Cantik Pencak Silat. Pencak Silat is great for self-defense, leverage and body manipulations against a larger opponent. Pencak Silat teaches you self worth ,self respect , disclipine and is exellent if you want to tone your body and get in exellent physical shape. We also train in traditional Indonesian Self Defense Weapons and currently perform Pencak Silat at the Annual "Indonesian Day" celebration in San Fransisco California and The Annual Pacific Rim Festival in Old Sacramento, California.
We provide traditional music and uniforms for our students while training in this awesome, graceful, yet practical and highly respected martial arts form. We train in Pencak Silat to remember and uphold the traditions of the Elders who fought and died for there homeland in Indonesia. We hold an annual Silat camp in the Sierra Nevada Mountains or in Santa Cruz California. Camping, fishing, hiking, food and of course good quality training.
